Decent building but don’t expect landlords to fix issues quickly
Pros
Great area, relatively clean, free laundry, nice people
Cons
landlord did not have apartment ready to move-in, painter and cleaners didn’t come beforehand, so we were moving in while they were working. They did not finish. Owners also pretty unresponsive to these issues and some violations with not having a working stove for 2 weeks and peeling cabinet paint. Also hiked up rent over 20%
Advice to the owners
Respond faster and be more organized before new tenants move in
