greedy absent landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice view
Clean appliances
Two bathrooms
Cons:
Landlord increased our rent by $1850, 80% of our rent. They informed us of this 20 days before our lease ends and are trying to corner us into paying ridiculous rent. Not willing to negotiate or be reasonable. They are evil bullies. Avoid!
Rooms are too small to fit a bed and dresser.
Layout is not great.
Minimal space for storage, closets are tiny.
Landlord does not respond to maintenance requests.
Garbage bins always full.
Street infested with rats.
Advice to owner:
There's a special place in hell for people like you.

A nightmare of a building and landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, besides that - nothing.
Cons:
Nothing worked (oven didn’t work for two months, the freeze leaked chemicals into our food and they ignored us) , no heat or water during all December and no one would tell us what was going on, return our calls, take money off.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building and never rent again
