Lots of natural light, never had a pest problem, really lovely neighbors, never had any plumbing issues. Overall really loved living here.
No way to buzz people in The doorbells were broken in a few of the apartments in this building. Sometimes the landlord can take a while to respond and gets things done pretty cheaply.
