Bad insulation in building

Pros:
Good water pressure and a nice amount of space
Cons:
Terrible insulation in the building you can hear everyone in the building including the stores below who will play loud music at night. Wind leaks through windows and vents grow mold and let smells from other units travel through.

Improve insulation
