Not bad at all

Pros

Modern, bike storage in the back, big apartments, nice finishes.

Cons

Management isn't super responsive. The sinks don't drain water very well so you have to wipe down your surfaces often or else gunk will grow. The ovens you just set to a temp and pray it works, there's no sensors or displays.

Advice to the owners

Fix the sink geometry, new ovens, respond quicker to complaints.

Clean, nice new build

Pros

Never seen a pest here and the building is well maintained. Everything in my apartment functions well. Quick responses from management

Cons

Washer/driers are often faulty and run by a 3rd party. Ive often had packages stolen. The fridges are also a bit cheap
