Horrible Management, Filthy Building, Noisy Neighbors – Avoid at All Costs!!!!!

Pros:
Nice area and close to restaurants and bars
Cons:
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Duke Management is completely unresponsive, they ignore maintenance requests and don’t seem to care about the conditions here. The building is disgusting, with dead mice in the hallways and roaches everywhere. It takes 10 minutes just to get warm water, which is beyond frustrating. On top of that, the neighbors throw loud parties on weekdays and often get into fights in the hallways and will threaten to fight you as well as an added bonus! If you’re looking for a peaceful and clean place to live, this definitely isn’t it. Stay far away.

Nice neighbors, mostly quiet building, friendly building management (Venn) who are highly responsive to request for repairs
