Property management has poor communication

Pros:
Great location, and lovely back patio area
Cons:
Unresponsive property management. We would go weeks without any ability to contact them due to their use of a messaging service. Pest control, repairs, etc were severely delayed due to this lack of communication.
Advice to owner:
Improve communication with tenants.

Pros:
The apartment has central AC, dishwasher and in unit washer dryer. It’s in a great location (only 8 min to the Jefferson L). There’s a central number for matinence so things wrong with the apartment are handled quite quickly.
Cons:
Packages get stolen all the time. The landlord never responds to her emails or calls. Is a bit pricey of an apartment considering the area. The lease agreement was a bit sketchy (spelling errors, grammar errors, pretty nonsensical).
Advice to owner:
Please have the landlord be more responsive! And get a lawyer to look over the lease agreement to protect yourself and the tenants!
