Decent walkup with a good roof

Pros

The roof has a fantastic view of the skyline. Water pressure is solid.

Cons

3-beds have a weird floor plan. The biggest bedrooms have French doors that look nice, but don't filter noise at all. The showers have those weird glass half-walls.

Advice to the owners

Redo the showers without the glass half-walls.
