- responsive to issues - quiet and kind neighbors - building generally well cared for (periodic repainting, changes to washers / dryers, garbage picked up, etc)

Cons

- certain structural elements which are hard to manage (e.g. leaky roof)

Well kept loft

Pros

The landlords/management are not bad and the living spaces are spacious.

Cons

All it takes is a couple bad/loud neighbors and you’ll hear bass reverberate throughout the entire floor. The wall are large and not particularly thick so echo.
