great place but landlord makes it unpleasant

Pros

landlord is the most unresponsive person on the planet i do not understand how he owns so many properties. building is great for the most part though, there is a lot of theft of packages which the landlord doesnt care to do anythiung about (like adding reflective glass to the lobby doors)
