Had roach problems, heat went off sometimes. Great location and liked the super

Pros

Really nice location for convenience, right by the L and park. Super is friendly and helpful.

Cons

Had a roach problem for awhile, had mice. There were a few bigger things that needed fixing that the super couldn’t do and it took the landlord awhile to address.
