Obviously JUST Renovated

Pros

Super nice apt, great location, love the washer/dryer and central air

Cons

Rarely got a hot shower, cockroaches, super loud, strangers in lobby

In unit washer dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning. Newer building so limited to no pest problem. Nice neighborhood

Cons

NO WIFI when I lived there. The wires in the building did not support WiFi, we had spectrum to the apartment several times and they said to get WiFi they would need to tear part of the living room wall out and redo all wiring or drill in from the outside. The building super was fired and no one was ever hired to replace him and when Building manager was not responsive on the weekends.

Advice to the owners

Fix the WiFi issue and hire a full time Super for the building.
