A very responsive *super*, nice neighbors, great location
Cons
Landlord refused to fix broken fridge, a mice and roach issue that refused to go away, difficulty in getting our security deposit back and in contacting building management in general. A great first year a bad second one.
Advice to the owners
Replace the oven and tend to the on-going mice issue

2.5 bedroom railroad apt
Pros
Neighbors and neighborhood was excellent. Close to the L and Maria Hernandez Park. Renovated apt with exposed brick walls throughout. Heat & hotwater included.
Cons
No doorbell. Landlord doesn’t maintain the hallways nor apts for residents that have been here for decades! Typical slumlord that raised the rent over 30%!
