good... lived here for 2 years

Pros

no pests. responsive management. suuperrr to the M and Maria Hernandez. i lived in a studio and it was really lovely for what it was. the building was clean -- there were never issues with that or trash.

Cons

my oven never worked. my shower temperature could not be controlled -- it would go from scalding hot to freezing cold in the span of 30 seconds. get used to cowering in the corner of the showering trying not to get a 1st degree burn.
