The apartment was spacious
The apartments are built on top of a club that has the subwoofers attached to the ceiling. The landlord did nothing to mitigate the sound or vibrations when building the apartments when we moved in. He also wanted us to lie to prospective tenants about how bad it was when we were moving out.
