Great building, great supers
Pros
Old building with character. Supers are great. The price is right.
Cons
It's an old building. Sometimes the water goes brown and you gotta run it for a minute. not really sure if that's the building. There's some dudes that hang out on the street and blast music on the weekends but that's the neighborhood just be cool.
Advice to the owners
Some of the maintenance guys you know are cool, but don't do it right the first time. Please just use the Armenian guy. He knows what he's doing way better.
