Great location, decent building, has central ac
Cons
i swear the windows were made of paper because i could hear EVERY sound outside. literally could hear people on the street having full conversations at a normal volume from my unit on the 3rd floor. it was so loud at night that sleep was difficult. other than that, the building is just very bare bones. no dishwasher, no laundry, etc. but it’s livable.

Could be so much better
Pros
Good location, close to trains and restaurants/bars
Cons
Dirty Poor communication Landlords don’t fix anything no matter how many maintenance requests you put in. Seems like they’re slowly letting this building crumble
