Mostly good, but definitely has a roach problem to fix

Great location, huge space, responsive landlord, but they can’t seem to fix the big problem no matter how much an exterminator comes out

Too many bugs! No bed bugs, but ingress from the garden out back especially in summer. Garden could be much better cared for.
