Rooftop access is nice. Can pay online.
Cons:
Mail gets stolen because of glass door front visibility, rodent and roach problem. Roaches in the dishwasher, rat poop in bedroom. Water heater pipe in closet is not properly sealed so there’s a hole where pests can travel in and out of apartment. Maintenance is a ticketing system and management is slow to reply. This neighborhood is a flood zone.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the glass door. Change the code at least once a year.

Pros:
Updated interior, garbage shoot.
Cons:
Landlord can’t be bothered with anything. Neighbors are loud and intrusive. Location on knickerbocker across from dollar tree creates for a terrible sleeping situation. Lights from the store blare all night into your room and their trucks that bring deliveries at 5am they block the whole road meaning you’ll get a lovely wake up call from angry horn honking.
Advice to owner:
Do your job and respond to your tenants.
