Unfortunately, a crazy neighbor...

Pros:
Trash is always taken care of and the super cleans weekly on the stairs.
Cons:
Unfortunately lived at the top of the stairs next to a woman who was a hoarder...that came with pests and we would often wake up to her yelling at someone on the phone.
Advice to owner:
Please listen to your tenants requests.
