An absolutely psychotic upstairs neighbor, management that is completely invisible and out of touch.

Unfortunately, a crazy neighbor...

Pros

Trash is always taken care of and the super cleans weekly on the stairs.

Cons

Unfortunately lived at the top of the stairs next to a woman who was a hoarder...that came with pests and we would often wake up to her yelling at someone on the phone.
