Sloppy renovation

Cons
The split unit AC in the living room is improperly installed, and leaks water when it runs for more than 5 minutes. The mailbox in the lobby is broken, and the landlord refused to repair it, so you have to dig through a pile of mail from the last 5 tenants to find yours. On top of this the renovation left gobs of plaster all over the floors and walls, and the building is riddled with black mold and bugs.
