Pretty awful landlord

Great location in Bushwick
Cons
The building is a mess and infested with bugs. Landlord is unresponsive and when you finally get through to her she’s either evasive or flat out lies After a decade of living in New York, I can look back and say this was by far my worst apartment experience. Do not move to 872 Hart St!
Advice to the owners
Take responsibility for your property. Find another career. Go to therapy!

You Can Do Better
Pros
Decently priced for Bushwick, backyard access was great
Cons
Confrontational and rude building owner, really just enjoyed playing psychological games with tenants. Ceiling caved in due to water from above, owner was unresponsive for several days.

Your tenants deserve better
