Decent place, rent stabilized
Pros
Been here for three years. Well built. Bedrooms decently block sound so you’re not always hearing roommates. Exposed brick, hardwood floors.
Cons
Our apartment is street facing so there is a decent amount of street noise
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive for maintenance requests

Landlords are Negligent
Pros
Location to train and supermarket
Cons
Complete Slumlords, terrible construction, mold, rat infestations and carbon monoxide issues. Will not fix anything- you will have to call 311 and wait months to even get a minor repair.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants, your health and safety violations will harm someone and eventually get your buildings shut down
