Fine building, management leaves something to be desired

Pros

This is a fine building in a good location and the live in Super is a plus and very responsive. Lovely neighbors and not too much street noise. Some of the units are also rent stabilized!

Cons

If there is a bigger problem (i.e. mice, ceiling leaks) do not expect a quick or satisfactory response from management. They are slow and often unhelpful, you really have to advocate for yourself to get things fixed.

great location and super!

Pros

Super in building is responsive and very helpful, garbage is easy to manage and never builds up.

Cons

Some tenants are not clean and loud. No roof access or laundry in building.
