The best landlord
Pros
The building is well cared for and the Landlord is extremely responsive. They clearly care a lot about their property and any time something isn’t working properly, they send someone right away. They go above and beyond and I’m so grateful for them.
Cons
There is nothing I don’t like about my apartment. The only “con” is that the body shop next door can play music too loudly in the middle of a work day but that has nothing to do with my landlord or my apartment.
Advice to the owners
Thank you so much for continuing to make my tenant experience a good one. I wish other landlords could take notes from you.
