Pros:
nice location, close to M and J trains. The size of the apartment is nice.
Cons:
There are rats in the basement, i see them coming in and out of the windows. This means roaches in the apartments. There aren't enough trash cans out front, and it's a mess most of the time. The super is a disaster. The windows are super leaky and don't even lock.
Advice to owner:
Hire someone else to take care of the trash and shovel and sweep up leaves, because you're wasting your money right now. Do something about the rats in the basement, and remember that your building has RATS and ROACHES before you think about raising rent again.

Beautiful apartment but always cold

Pros:
The apartment is renovated and it has dimming lights. It’s clean.
Cons:
It’s very cold. Has bad water pressure and the central heating doesnt work in all rooms
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants if they tell you they need repairs. I was sick all the time this winter from hot cold my room was.
