We’ve had roach issues during the entirety of our stay, the street is loud and people blast music till 3am on weekends, we have old kitchen equipment while the apartments on the first floor have newer kitchen equipment for the same monthly rent

Advice to the owners

Fix the roach problem!!! And replace all the kitchen equipment with newer models
