Close to the train, safe neighborhood.
There was no heat in the winter. The living room ceiling fell down and it took weeks to get it fixed. The landlord is also a scam artist, tried to keep security deposit after he came and did a walk through and said everything was great. Had to get lawyers involved to get everything back.
Get heat and stop trying to steal money from tenants by withholding the security deposit.
