Pros
Mostly quick responsive management upon submitting tickets. Really great natural light on both ends of apts. Decent working HVAC system, both heat and A/C. No pests. Wood floors, not gray! Accessible rooftop. Extremely close to useful trains/buses. Good water pressure.
Cons
Tendency for mold/water damage due to weak ventilation and occasionally clogged building gutters. Higher resident turnover in building, mostly transplants. Unattractive modern building. Basement with laundry difficult to access. Roof furniture lacking.
Advice to the owners
Retaining a stable building manager would greatly improve trash/cleanliness situation. Roof isn't bad but could become better with attention.
