watch out for management

Pros

very responsive office team, when you know who to email. handyman is around and really nice, but he's probably overworked. Property manager is very very bad at his job.

Cons

ceilings are so thin, i can hear the upstairs unit's every move. i'm moving out because even with earplugs in, they wake me up ~4x a night. if you're an early or light sleeper, do not live here.

take better care of your contractors. or hire real ones.

I can’t ever get a response from building management or owner unless I barrage them with phone calls or emails
