Run, don’t walk, anywhere else
Pros
Pet friendly. That’s all I got. It’s pet friendly.
Cons
Bedrooms flood during heavy rain. Washer/dryer broken. Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes. Mold growing in one bedroom wall. Mold and mildew upon move-in. Outrageous gas bills every month (well over $125 regularly. For GAS.) Zero natural light. No insulation between tenants - you can hear the upstairs tenant *breathing*. 15 minute walk to anything. Management is so disorganized and a revolving door, so there is no institutional knowledge of your concern/history.
