Predatory renting experience with landlord and broker Broke lease after living in apartment 1 month due to no hot water, no gas meter (there was a gas stovetop and oven that didn’t have a gas line to connect to), pest control issues that were not responded to, no lock on the front door with no response from landlord Listed as 2 bedroom but is true 1 bedroom (railroad apartment on 3rd floor with windows only in one bedroom and in the kitchen)
