Pros
- Modern building with all new appliances - great water pressure - laundry in basement - buzzer intercom system - great neighborhood
Cons
- Landlord/management could be slow to respond - the square layout makes the whole unit feels small and awkward

No problems here
Pros
Pretty clean, cant hear people above or below but can hear apartment across if they are loud
Cons
Unless maintenance is urgent they are slow to send someone, or send them without asking first and someone just shows up, washer and dryer are small and there’s only one + they are broken every few months
