fine but overpriced

Pros:
good location, decent sized rooms
Cons:
really slow responsiveness from the owner even during crisis, and the downstairs neighbors are extremely loud. also did not take a cockroach problem seriously, and continued to send exterminators that were not working

Roaches not taken care of adequately

Central AC and heating in every room
Cons:
Exterminator had to come back every month for roaches and the problem didn’t go away
Black mold in the bathroom
Management very unresponsive unless they want something from you

The duplex apartments are cold and prone to flooding

Proximity to bars, restaurants and friends
Cons:
When I lived in a duplex unit it flooded multiple times, and although we had renters insurance and could cover it the landlord was liable each time and still refused to address it. I lost furniture, clothing … everything.
The construction is also so bad that an actual rat wound up inside of the unit because they forgot to close a hole up underneath our stove.
The heating is all electric so be ready for $500+ dollar bills in the winter.
I once has copious amounts of mold growing on the walls in the bathroom…
Advice to owner:
Your units that are partially in the basement should not be advertised as living space.
