Management was Unresponsive

Huge bonus to have dishwasher, and laundry in building

A three bedroom apartment with the dinkiest refrigerator. it wasn't an immediate issue because it's not something you think about initially but some of the appliances including the stove are pretty cheap. management is incredibly unresponsive. on the first day of our lease there was no communication about picking up keys, a check of the apartment, nothing. we were only able to get into the unit because the broker gave us the door code and the previous tenants had left the door unlocked. One of the AC units went out in our apartment. It was a redicoulous game of phone tag between Joel and the technician. We never received calls back numerous times and eventually the technician showed up at our apartment with no warning.

good location, decent sized rooms

Cons

really slow responsiveness from the owner even during crisis, and the downstairs neighbors are extremely loud. also did not take a cockroach problem seriously, and continued to send exterminators that were not working
