The landlord is pretty quick to fix any issue that might arise and is always respectful. As long as you communicate with him, he'll work with you. Overall great experience. If the floorplan was updated it'd be amazing but it's a good deal for the price
Building is old and has a railroad set up. If you can get over that, it's pretty great honestly.
