Lovely building with a lovely landlord
Pros
I love that this is a smallish building, 4 floors with 4 apts on each floor. Tenants are all kind and respectful. Landlord Diana is very kind and responsive, she has been very attentive the entire time I've lived here and is always willing to help or send someone ASAP (plumber, handyman, etc) if there's an issue. My apt is a small, 1 br unit but it is very cozy with beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, and lots of sun in the front room because there are huge windows. The super lives in the building and is really nice and on top of trash and everything out front. There is also a regular exterminator service you can opt in for free of charge but I have never had to use it.
Cons
Some things could use updating - appliances, cabinets.
