Apartment itself is big Kind of new appliances Located right by coffee shop and laundromat. Good access to J/Z train Landlord is responsive
Shower panel missing and landlord won’t replace. Clear signs of mold Humidity level is very high in summer Closets are filled with random trash and clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time.
Provide dehumidifiers and maybe repaint in areas.
