Not the best - wouldn’t live here again.
Former Tenant
Pros:
New and renovated kitchen and bathroom. Really nice big windows (at least in our apt). Only had a few issues with bugs (like 2 cockroach sittings in a year).
Cons:
#1 issue is THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY They are disrespectful and unresponsive They do not respond to service requests. They don’t clean the main areas They have fake cameras They refused to help during the pandemic (the rent was lowered by 600$ for new tenants but they refused to offer the same to current tenants) Water pressure is low and it takes a while to heat The apartments are small and shouldn’t have 3 roommates The roof has a great view but precious tenants destroyed the furniture and graffitied it One of the apartments has tenants that do not care about covid and throw 30+ people parties. These same tenants also use the fire escape as a way to get to their room so you should expect people to walk past your window at anytime.
Advice to owner:
Fire your management company and care more about your tenants. We would’ve re-signed our lease and stayed if it weren’t for them.
