Good landlord - every maintenance issue has been handled respectfully and timely. Great water, great heat, great value.
Next door to one bar and across the street from another. The crowd they attract is loud and messy. Our trash area gets torn apart and lots of cig butts are left on the sidewalk. We turn a fan or A/C on to drown out the noise on weekend nights
