LL Nice but Not Competent
Pros
LL accommodating with pets, alterations to apartment.
Cons
Lack of professionalism, LL's family used to be tenants. LL does not communicate adequately when coming to do repairs (does not state intends to also do X, does not ask permission to enter areas of apartment access to not discussed) and is not good at researching repairs. Heat and hot water go out frequently (~3x / year, usually for days). No access to circuit breaker and entire apartment is on one breaker. Neighbors bad at garbage management, lots of rats. Kitchen not sealed well, see smaller cockroaches almost daily. Building smells bad, like in the walls.
