Good as it gets for a big management company
Pros
Management's web portal/ticket system works well for handling property issues in a timely manner. They took things like pests very seriously as well as basic damage. Building was kept clean, great water pressure, good heat and central A/C.
Cons
They raised our rent $300 the first year and $200 the next, so we left. Bushwick problems, but also par for the course with a big mgmt company. The turnover is CONSTANT! Only 6 units in the bldg, but someone was always moving in or out.
Advice to the owners
Don't raise your rents so quickly that the tenants have to move out every year.

Three bed Bushwick apartment
Pros
Great location! All bedrooms have amazing light, and are great sizes.
Cons
We made a two bedroom into a third bedroom. If you do this, the lounge has no direct light.
Advice to the owners
Lounge needs better lighting!
