Used to be better but still fine
Pros
Beautiful space and close to both the L and M which is super helpful.
Cons
Older bones and it has been over 6 years since the interior was redone so things are starting to show issues. Had a few roaches for the first time this past year but maintenance people came quickly for that. Unfortunately, though , proper communication between maintenance and management is really bad so it takes most things like replacing appliances weeks to fix. They come with the wrong part or were told the wrong thing for instance.
Advice to the owners
Pay better attention to what tenants say and make sure there is no language barrier for main point of contact
