Review Summary for 310 St Nicholas Avenue
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 310 St Nicholas Avenue highlight its convenient location near public transit and grocery stores, with spacious units and reliable water pressure praised. However, tenants express significant concerns about poor building management, citing unresponsiveness and inadequate maintenance. Issues include subpar cleanliness, ineffective garbage management, inconsistent heating, and noise problems. Some residents note elevator safety concerns and inadequate insulation during winter. Pest control is generally acceptable, but overall building upkeep and communication from management are lacking. While neighbors are mostly viewed positively, renters advise improvements in management responsiveness and building quality to enhance living conditions.

A bad romance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, pretty spacious, never had a pest problem.
Cons:
The building management is honestly terrible. Out of office for long periods of time and may not even respond at all.
Advice to owner:
Try responding to your tenants when they have an issue

Small apartments in a fake luxury build
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much. We had high ceilings.
Cons:
Mostly everything. We moved in when it was a brand new build and it was already falling apart.
Advice to owner:
Spend more time on building properly.
