Management is mediocre

Size of the unit. Backyard, transit options.

Cons

The response time for pretty much any issue. - Had an issue with the power that took nearly 7 months to resolve and cost us nearly $3000. - Issue with the backyard door that has YET to be resolved, led to one of the bedrooms being nearly 45 degrees in the winter.
