It’s decent. The year I was there the yard becomes a weeded jungle often, gym was usually pretty dusty/messy but that’s from low use from the building overall. I’d rate that 5/10

not at all. there is no maintenance besides a very lazy trash removal person that drags bags and leaves trash water stains on floors and maybe will mop it up once every few months. yard is overgrown and full of rats and dog poop from lazy pet owners. mail room is not secure nor is the bike room and the gym has black mold
