The roof is cool.

Cons

Tenant dogs poop on the roof and tenants don’t pick it up, when you complain you get the same response “ We will talk to them.” Someone broke into the building by climbing through a window to steal packages at 3 am in the morning and also went into someone’s apartment two nights in a row, it’s not a safe building I barely sleep due to that incident.
