Bare Minimum Management
Pros
Nice kitchen, hot water and backyard.
Cons
Shotty repairs and bandaids on building issues (i.e. just plastering over ceiling leaks). Basement and first floor floods with lots of rain. Poor drainage of water from back yard. Management company not renewing lease without cause.
Advice to the owners
Listen to tenants trying to help by notifying about issues and actually treat root cause, dont just bandaid issues. Use a better tenant payment tracking system.
