Enjoyed Living Here

Pros

Well maintained, well located apartment with a responsive landlord. Has dishwasher which is a plus.

Good 1st apartment

Pros

The apartments in the building have lots of space in the living areas, and the landlord is generally pretty responsive. It’s a decent 1st apartment if you’re new to the city or just out of college. Never had an issue with pests or neighbors in building

Cons

One of the bedrooms is very small, and this should be marketed as a 2 bed with an extra office as opposed to a 3 bedroom. Given that it’s a bit overpriced for the area and the amenities (no outdoor space, no laundry in building). Also took a significant chunk of our deposit when we left despite being left in good condition
