The noisy neighbors in the building. Management refused to take action against them. 311 has been called so many times on tenant 3B because of how loud he is and the new tenant in 1B is throwing parties almost every night. It does not help that the walls are SUPER thin that you can literally listen into conversations people are having. 3 break ins. Yes we have had multiple break ins in the building and all management does is gaslight you into thinking that it was a "minor issue". Broken front door because of break ins and they refused to properly fix it. Many days I came home from work and the door would be so damaged that I'd have to hope another tenant is home to push the door in from the inside. BEWARE OF HOW THEY LIST NEW APARTMENTS. The brokers are very sneaky and for instance a unit would be on the market e.g 1A. But this is the kicker, they would list it under 1B because they don't want you to see the rental history and crazy rent increase. RENT INCREASE. When I signed my lease they said they increase rent to nothing more than $75. That was a blatant lie. They increased the rent by $450. Now this is where the confusion continues cause the tenant with multiple noise complaints in 3B rent only increased by $25 and they moved in the same time as me. My only reasoning behind that is because I am vocal about issues in the building and I in no back down especially when paying so much in rent. Beware of rats running around the building and the window are not well constructed so when winter times comes around your electric bill will be super high.

Stop being greedy and actually fix the issues
